About the Creator
Dr. Erica Taylor is a practicing academic orthopaedic upper extremity surgeon. In addition, she currently serves as a executive business school faculty member educating the next generation of healthcare leaders on the nuances of strategic health equity and diversity leadership.
She possesses over a decade of experience in health system leadership and serves as an equity and diversity leadership consultant for numerous academic institutions, clinical practices, and medical device industry organizations.
Collectively, Dr. Taylor’s experience and expertise in these intersecting areas, combined with longitudinal data analysis, form the foundation of the evidence-based Equity Leadership Index.
