Dr. Erica Taylor is an orthopaedic hand and upper extremity surgeon and nationally recognized healthcare strategist. She completed her fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery at The Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Duke Fuqua School of Business.

With a career spanning clinical practice, executive leadership, and national education, Dr. Taylor works at the intersection of operational strategy, culture, and system transformation. She has served in senior leadership roles guiding organizational strategy and advancing high-performing healthcare environments.

In 2020, she founded the Orthopaedic Diversity Leadership Consortium (ODLC), a national leadership network designed to equip clinicians and healthcare professionals with the strategy, structure, and peer support needed to drive meaningful, sustainable change in medicine. She also serves as Executive Faculty for MBA students, where she lectures on organizational design and leadership in complex health systems.

Dr. Taylor brings a lifetime of experience, passion, and a proven track record as a leader for change. She believes that sustainable achievement requires creative thinking, unified effort, and deep commitment. Her family and faith remain the foundation that energizes and sustains her work.
