WHY HEAL?
The ODLC Health Equity Action and Leadership (HEAL) Traveling Fellowship™is a first-of-its-kind traveling fellowship designed to cultivate leadership in health equity among orthopaedic surgeons. Through immersive experiences at leading institutions, fellows gain real-world insights into advancing equity and inclusion in musculoskeletal care.
This program empowers surgeons to become values-driven changemakers in their institutions and beyond.
THE VISION
This innovative fellowship brings leaders from across the country together to learn from institutions that are at the forefront of equitable care delivery, while sharing their own expertise.
By building bridges between institutions and advancing leadership to address health disparities, the HEAL Fellowship drives systemic change in musculoskeletal health care.
