This program empowers surgeons to become values-driven changemakers in their institutions and beyond.

The ODLC Health Equity Action and Leadership (HEAL) Traveling Fellowship™ is a first-of-its-kind traveling fellowship designed to cultivate leadership in care transformation within the field of ortho. Through immersive experiences at leading institutions, fellows gain real-world insights into advancing equity and inclusion in musculoskeletal care.

THE VISION

This innovative fellowship brings leaders from across the country together to learn from institutions that are at the forefront of equitable care delivery, while sharing their own expertise.

By building bridges between institutions and advancing leadership to address health disparities, the HEAL Fellowship drives systemic change in musculoskeletal health care.

Practicing orthopaedic surgeons with demonstrated achievement in the areas of health equity and inclusion
